General



Additional Privileges

  • Settings in BLACK  text will add privileges for All of Radar
  • Settings in RED text will remove privileges for All of Radar


  • Show SSN Information- User can see employee's Social Security Numbers (if provided by the POS)  
    • Note: By default only Superadmin can see SSN information

  • Can view Change Log - User can access the Change Log Export
  • Default Radar Date to Today - Changes default current day to 'today' instead of previous day
  • Cannot login via On The Fly - User is not permitted to use On The Fly for access

Dashboard



Primary Privileges

These settings will provide basic access to the Dashboard Module. Without these privileges the User will not be able to access the Module or view any Location related data.


Additional Privileges


Once provided Primary Privileges to the Module, all other settings will add or remove additional accesses. 

  • Settings in BLACK  text will add privileges for the Dashboard Module
  • Settings in RED text will remove privileges for the Dashboard Module


  • Can add or edit Dashboards- Allows the User to create new Dashboards or edit existing layouts and widgets
    • Note: Editing Dashboards is a global privilege

  • Can see all Dashboards for the Company- User is able to view all Dashboards from the 'Dashboard' drop-down
    • Note: Without this privilege User is only able to view assigned 'Default Dashboard'


  • Can edit Announcements - User can edit the Announcements Widget on the Dashboard (if present)

Poll Status


Primary Privileges

These settings will provide basic access to the Poll Status Module. Without these privileges the User will not be able to access the Module or view any Location related data.


Additional Privileges


Once provided Primary Privileges to the Module, all other settings will add or remove additional accesses. 

  • Settings in BLACK  text will add privileges for the Poll Status Module
  • Settings in RED text will remove privileges for the Poll Status Module


  • Show Computer Details on Poll Status - This setting will show location IP and OS under 'Poll Status'
  • Can Manually Repoll Data from Poll Status - User can schedule a repoll of a location's data for DOB via 'Poll Status'
    • Note: By default only Superadmins can issue a repoll command

  • Limit Poll Status View to Primary LG- Limit Poll Status View to Primary Location Group
    • Note: By default Poll Status displays all locations on the database regardless of User's Primary Location Group

  • Can Map DSR Menu Items - Can use the Menu Items tab in the DSR Mapping Tool

Manager Log


Primary Privileges


These settings will provide basic access to the Manager Log Module. Without these privileges the User will not be able to access the Module or view any Location related data.

  • Use Primary LG for Manager Log- User has access to all locations in their Primary Location Group. This setting only applies to the Manager Log Module
    • Best Practice: Add this privilege when granting access to the module. This is the easiest way to manage location access for the Manager Log.

 

Additional Privileges


Once provided Primary Privileges to the Module, all other settings will add or remove additional accesses. 

  • Settings in BLACK  text will add privileges for the Manager Log Module
  • Settings in RED text will remove privileges for the Manager Log Module

  • Add Task- User can add a Task to the Manager Log Module
  • Cannot edit Tasks - User cannot edit tasks in the Manager Log Module
  • Can only see tasks created by or assigned to user - User can only see Tasks they created or are assigned
  • Can assign tasks to location users - User can assign a Task to any User that can view the tasking location
  • Add Message - User can add a Message to the Manger Log Module
  • Cannot edit Messages - User cannot edit Messages in the Manager Log Module
  • Add Event - User can add, edit, or delete Manager Log Events
  • Cannot edit Events - User cannot edit Events in the Manager Log Module
  • Hide Staffing Entries on Manager Log - User will not be able to view the Staffing section of the Manger Log Module
  • Add Staffing Note - User can add a Staffing Note to the Manager Log Module
  • Add Log Entry - User can add a Log Entry to the Manager Log Module
  • Cannot edit Log Entries - User cannot edit Log Entries in the Manager Log Module
  • Cannot adjust Type for a Log Entry - User cannot adjust Log Type for a Log Entry
  • Cannot adjust Incident status of a Log Entry - User cannot adjust Incident Status of a Log Entry
  • Cannot adjust Report status of a Log Entry - User cannot adjust Report Status of a Log Entry
    • Best Practice - Apply this setting to ensure consistency of log entries appearing on the Daily Recap Report

  • Can view Log History - User can see changes other Users have made to the Manager Log Entries
  • Can only create tasks/events for my primary group - User can only create Tasks or Events for their Primary Group
  • Can attach files to Manager Log - User can attach files to sections of the Manager Log
  • Cannot view before: - User cannot view Manager Log data before the specified date
  • Hide Sales Figures on Manager Log - User will not be able to view the Sales section of the Manger Log Module
  • Can access Manager Log Settings - Allows access to the Settingspage in the Manager Log Module
    • Important Note: Access to Manager Log Settings is a global privilege

  • User cannot adjust Manager Log fonts - User cannot change font settings for use in the Manager Log Module

Reports



Primary Privileges


These settings will provide basic access to the Reports Module. Without these privileges the User will not be able to access the Module or view any Location related data.


  • Reports - User can access the Reports Module
  • Allow all reports* for primary group? - Allows access to all Reports, Key Info viewing, and Dashboard Alerts for the Primary Location Group
    • Best Practice: Add this privilege when granting access to the Module. This is the easiest way to manage location access for the Reports Module.


Additional Privileges


Once provided Primary Privileges to the Module, all other settings will add or remove additional accesses. 

  • Settings in BLACK text will add privileges for the Reports Module
  • Settings in RED text will remove privileges for the Reports Module

  • Cannot show advanced options - Step 3 options cannot be seen or edited by the User
  • Show Report other options by default - This setting displays the Advanced Options by default when running a Report
  • Show available Reports without tabs- This setting will show all Reports available to the User on the Main Reports page without tabs
    • Best Practice: Assign this privilege for Users that only have permissions for a few Reports
       
  • Only Privilege Group assigned reports will run- This setting allows only Reports assigned via Privilege Groups to run. 
    • Note: No links will show for non-Privilege Group Reports in the Reports Module, and other paths into Reports (such as Quick Report Links on the Dashboard) will fail as well.

  • Usage Log Access Level: - Allows a User to see another User's usage on the Site Usage Reports if their access is greater than or equal to the other User's Access Level
  • Cannot create or edit report presets - User cannot create or edit Report Presets
  • Expanded Report Window - A longer Report Window with automatic scrolling
  • Report Descriptions always on - Report Descriptions always on

Charts



Primary Privileges


These settings will provide basic access to the Charts Module. Without these privileges the User will not be able to access the Module or view any Location related data.

  • Charts - User can access the Charts Module
  • Use Primary LG for Charts - User's Primary Location Group is used for Chart LG permissions 
    • Best Practice: Add this privilege when granting access to the Module. This is the easiest way to manage location access for the Charts Module.


Additional Privileges


Once provided Primary Privileges to the Module, all other settings will add or remove additional accesses. 

  • Settings in BLACK text will add privileges for the Charts Module
  • Settings in RED text will remove privileges for the Charts Module

  • Can access Chart Notes - Allows the User to create, edit, or delete Chart Notes

Primary Privileges


These settings will provide basic access to the Benchmarking Module. Without these privileges the User will not be able to access the Module or view any Location related data.

  • Benchmarking - User can access the Benchmarking module
  • Use Primary LG for Benchmarking- Allows the User access to all the Locations in their Primary Location Group. This setting only applies to the Benchmarking Module.
    • Best Practice: Add this privilege when granting access to the Module. This is the easiest way to manage location access for the Benchmarking Module.


Additional Privileges

  • Can manage Control Groups - Allows the User to manage Control Groups of Locations such as regions, comparable stores, company vs franchise, etc., to be used as control data

Employee Data


Primary Privileges


These settings will provide basic access to the Employee Data Module. Without these privileges the User will not be able to access the Module or view any Location related data.

  • Employee Data - User can access the Employee Data Module
  • Use Primary LG for Employee Data - Allows the User access to all Locations in their Primary Location Group. This setting only applies to the Employee Data Module. 
    • Best Practice: Add this privilege when granting access to the Module. This is the easiest way to manage location access for the Employee Data Module.


Additional Privileges

Once provided Primary Privileges to the Module, all other settings will add or remove additional accesses. 

  • Settings in BLACK text will add privileges for the Employee Data Module
  • Settings in RED text will remove privileges for the Employee Data Module

  • Can Use EDM Upload - Allows the User access to the EDM Upload. Available Locations for upload will be dependent on available Locations for EDM.
  • Include locations not in All Company - Enables access to all Locations that are not a member of the All Company Location Group. This setting only applies to the Employee Data Module.


EDM Beta Privileges

  • Can Modify Jobs & Locations - Allows the User to add, modify, or delete Jobs on the EDM Beta page
  • Can View Time Punches - Can view Time Punches on the EDM Beta page

Payroll Validation


Primary Privileges


These settings will provide basic access to the Payroll Validation Module. Without these privileges the User will not be able to access the Module or view any Location related data.

  • Payroll Validation - User can access the Payroll Validation Module 
  • Use Primary LG for Payroll Validation - User has access to all Locations in their Primary Location Group. This setting only applies to the Payroll Validation Module. 
    • Best Practice: Add this privilege when granting access to the Module. This is the easiest way to manage Location access for the Payroll Validation Module.

Exports


Primary Privileges


These settings will provide basic access to the Exports Module. Without these privileges the User will not be able to access the Module or view any Location related data.

  • Exports - User can access the Exports Module


Additional Privileges


Once provided Primary Privileges to the Module, all other settings will add or remove additional accesses. 

  • Settings in BLACK text will add privileges for the Exports Module
  • Settings in RED text will remove privileges for the Exports Module

  • Export Access Level: - This setting determines which exports a User can access. The lower the export access level number, the greater number of exports the User can access. (Defaults to Level 1)
  • Use Primary LG for Exports - User can only export from their Primary Location Group
  • Cannot export with Warnings - User is not able to run an export when warnings are produced

Forecasts


Primary Privileges

  • Forecasts - User can can access the Forecasts Module
  • Use Primary LG for Forecasts - User has access to all Locations in their Primary Location Group. This setting only applies to the Forecasts Module. 
    • Best Practice: Add this privilege when granting access to the Module. This is the easiest way to manage location access for the Forecasts Module.

  • Ignore MDE Date Lockout Rules - Allows User to ignore the MDE date lockout rules
  • Cannot access Manual Data Entry page - User cannot access the Manual Data Entry page
  • Deposit Entry - User can manually enter Deposits
  • Can enter negative deposits - User is allowed to enter negative Deposits
  • No deposit emails - Emails will not be sent when updating Deposits
  • Can access Safe Counts - User can access the Safe Counts page

Primary Privileges


These settings will provide basic access to the GL Sales Module. Without these privileges the User will not be able to access the Module or view any Location related data.

  • GL Sales - User can access the GL Sales Module
  • Use Primary LG for GL Sales - User has access to all Locations in their Primary Location Group.
    • Best Practice: Add this privilege when granting access to the Module. This is the easiest way to manage Location access for the GL Sales Module.

  • Manage GL Sales Rules- Allows the User to manage GL Sales Rules
    • Note: GL Sales Rules are global for the database. Manage GL Sales Rules is a global privilege.

  • Can Auto Post Days - User can use the Autopost tool to bulk post up to 7 days across Location Groups
  • Can Access GL Master Categories - User can access GL Master Categories
  • GL Journal Entry - User can create Journal Entries
  • Cannot delete Journal Details - User cannot delete Journal details
  • GL Accrual Mgmt - Allows the User access to the GL Accruals page
  • Limit Accrual entry to Primary LG - Limits accrual entry to the User's Primary Location Group
  • Cannot add a new Accrual - User cannot add a new GL Accrual
  • Limit Accrual editing to Amount - User can edit Accrual amounts but cannot create new Accruals

    • Best Practice: Add this privilege when granting access to the Module. This is the easiest way to manage Location access for the Accounts Payable Module.

  • Can manage All Location PO Templates - User can add PO templates visible to All Locations
  • Can send Purchase Orders to Vendor - User can send Purchase Orders to the Vendor associated with that order. 
  • Show [Vendor Code - Name] - When displaying vendor information on the invoice page, use [Vendor Code - Name] as opposed to the default [Vendor Name - Code]
  • Show [GL Code - Name] - When displaying GL Codes on the invoice page, use [GL Code - Name] as opposed to the default [Name - GL Code]
  • Show [Vendor Item Code - Name- When displaying vendor inventory items on the invoice page, use [Vendor Item Code - Name] as opposed to the default [Name - Vendor Item Code]
  • Edit or Post Auto Batches - This setting allows editing and/or posting of EDI generated invoice batches
  • Cannot Edit Auto Batches - User cannot edit auto batched
  • Can Only Edit Notes in Auto Batches - Can Only Edit Notes in Auto Batches.

Primary Privileges


These settings will provide basic access to the Inventory module. Without these privileges the User will not be able to access the Module or view any Location related data.

  • Inventory - User can access the Inventory module 
  • Use Primary LG for Inventory - Allows the user access to all the locations in their Primary Location Group.
    • Best Practice: Add this privilege when granting access to the module. This is the easiest way to manage location access for the Inventory module. 


Additional Privileges

  • Can Access Quick Item Costs - Can Access Quick Item Costs
  • Cannot change Session Taking Unit - User cannot change to an alternate taking unit during a session. Only the Storage location taking unit is allowed.
  • Cannot Post Inventory Session - User cannot post Inventory Session
  • Cannot Repost or Unpost an Inventory Session - User cannot repost or unpost a posted inventory session.
  • Cannot edit Posted Inventory Session - User cannot edit posted inventory sessions
  • Cannot deactivate Inventory Sessions - User cannot deactivate an inventory session
  • Can unpost Inventory Session - User can unpost a posted inventory session.
  • Restore Inventory Session - User can restore Inventory Session
  • Can replace units on Inventory Session - User can replace missing units on an inventory session

Recipes


Primary Privileges


These settings will provide basic access to the Recipes module. Without these privileges the User will not be able to access the Module or view any Location related data.


  • Recipes - User can access the Recipes module.
  • Use Primary LG for Recipes - Allows the user access to all the locations in their Primary Location Group.
    • Best Practice: Add this privilege when granting access to the module. This is the easiest way to manage location access for the Recipes module.

  • Can only create recipes within their Recipe Book - User can create new recipes for their personal recipe book. The user is not able to add a pre-existing recipe from another's recipe book 
  • Enforce on View Recipe & Recipe Cost reports - User can only view recipes from their personal recipe book using Recipe View and Recipe Cost reports
  • Can access Recipes Settings - User can access the Settings page on the Recipe module
  • Can access Recipe Setup - User can access Recipe Setup menu


  • Cannot access Recipe Tools - User cannot access the 'Tools' tab

Prep and Ordering


Primary Privileges


These settings will provide basic access to the Prep and Ordering Module. Without these privileges the User will not be able to access the Module or view any Location related data.

  • Prep - User can access the Prep Sheets module
  • Use Primary LG for Prep Sheets - Allows the user access to all locations in their Primary Location Group 
    • Best Practice: Add this privilege when granting access to the module. This is the easiest way to manage location access for the Prep and Ordering module


Additional Privileges


Once provided Primary Privileges to the Module, all other settings will add or remove additional accesses. 

  • Settings in BLACK text will add privileges for the Prep and Ordering Module
  • Settings in RED text will remove privileges for the Prep and Ordering Module

  • Can View Prep Sheet Details - Allows the user to view Prep Sheet Details on Prep Sheets by Prep Position
  • Show Prep Overrides - This setting displays prep overrides on the Prep Sheets page. 
  • Can access Prep Setup - User can access the Prep Sheets Setup menu.

Event Management


Primary Privileges

  • Can access Event Management Setup - User can access Event Management Setup menu


  • Read only access to Catering - User can only view or read events in Event Management.

Labor Scheduling


Primary Privileges


These settings will provide basic access to the Labor Scheduling module. Without these privileges the User will not be able to access the Module or view any Location related data.

  • Labor Scheduling - User can access the Labor Scheduling module.
  • Use Primary LG for Labor Scheduling - User has access to all locations in their Primary Location Group. This setting only applies to the Labor Scheduling module. 
    • Best Practice: Add this privilege when granting access to the module. This is the easiest way to manage location access for the Labor Scheduling

  • Can see Wages and Rates - Can see wage and cost information broken down to the employee level
  • Cannot email Schedules - User cannot email employees a scheduled from the View Schedules page

  • Can only assign shifts - User can only assign shifts to employees using the bulk assign, or shift edit features in Builder
  • User cannot see "All" Employee option - User cannot see the 'All' employee option on the schedule builder when adding or editing employees to shifts
  • Can edit Past Labor Shifts - User can edit past labor shifts
  • Cannot Post Schedules - User cannot post a schedule from the Builder page
  • Can post a schedule with Scheduling Rule Violation - User can post schedules with Scheduling Rule Violations
  • Can add and edit Templates - User can add and edit schedule templates
  • Can manage Quick Notes - User can create, edit, and delete quick notes.
  • Can manage Time Off - User can add, edit and delete time off settings for employees. 
  • Can edit Employee Emails - User can edit the email address associated with employees

  • Can access Announcements - User can access Ctuit Schedules Announcements
  • Can Share Shifts to Locations - User can share shifts with other locations
  • Can Offer Shifts to Anyone - User can offer a scheduled shift to anyone form the Schedule screen
  • Can approve or disallow schedule changes - User can use the approval page to allow or reject schedule changes from employees using Ctuit Schedules. 
  • Can Manage Approval Notifications - User will be able to access he Approval Notification page to set up manager notifications for employee shift requests. 
  • Can manage Employee Accounts - Access to Emails and Accounts page in Ctuit Schedules. The user is able to create and remove Employee Accounts.
  • Can access Labor Scheduling Settings - Allows access to the Settings page in the Labor Scheduling module. 
  • Can manage Auto Build - Grants the user the ability to manage Auto-Build
  • Can manage Shift Rules - Access to the Shift Rule page in Ctuit Schedules
  • Can Manage Shift Rules for All Locations - Grants the ability to create Shift Rules for All Locations. 
  • Can Apply Shift Rules - Grants the user the ability to apply Shift Rules to a schedule. 
  • Can Block Day Off Requests - Can block off requests. Can deactivate blocked days off.
