The Sales Association page creates a comprehensive table of all guest checks at a selected location on particular days of a selected week. The following columns are included on the table: Date of Business (DOB), Day of Week, Check ID, Employee, Total Comps, Total Promos, Taxes, Tips, Guests, Daypart, and Revenue Center. Other metric-specific columns will also appear on the table depending on the metric you select.

Additionally, the Sales Association table allows you to print a guest check directly from the table by selecting an underlined Check ID.

Basic Usage

  • Location Group - Select the location or location group. "All Company" will be selected by default
  • Week - Select the week for which you would like to develop a Sales Association table. In order to select which days of the selected week you would like to include on the table, select the calendar icon. A Day Filter window will appear that allows you to select which day(s) of the week to include on the table. Select APPLY once you have made your selections
  • Metric - Select the metric for which you would like to develop a Sales Association table. Available metrics include Comp, GC Redeemed, Item Group, Promo, Refund, Surcharge, Tender, and Void
  • Specific Metric Option - Once you have selected a metric, the selector immediately to the right of the Metric selector will change to reflect the chosen metric. For example, if you picked "Tender" as your metric type, the name of this selector would change to "Tender". This allows you to choose a specific tender type from the drop-down list
  • Employee - Select an employee by which to filter the table's results. "All" will be selected by default
  • Manager - If Comp, Promo, or Void is selected from the 'Metric' drop-down, then you will be able to filter the results by Manager. "All" will be selected by default
  • SHOW - Select SHOW to display the table
  • PRINT - Select PRINT to print the table
  • EXPORT - Select EXPORT to view data in Microsoft Excel

Tips

You may sort the table by selecting a column header. Selecting a column header once will sort the table in ascending order. Selecting a column header twice will sort the table in descending order.
