Template Data Entry

Use the downloaded template to update or add Employee information.

  • Important Note: Do not change the data within Column A (CtuitEmployeeID). Changing this data will cause the upload to fail.

  • Valid Values - Some data fields only accept specific data. Fields that have a data restriction will display the accepted values in the ValidValues column in the field select menu. Entering values other than the accepted values will cause the upload to fail.

    • Boolean Valid Values - 0 = false, 1 = true

      Example: Data field 'Employee_IsPartTime'

0 is used for Employees that are NOT part-time
1 is used for Employees that are part-time

Once the template has been edited, save it as a CSV (comma-delimited) file.

  • Note: The file must be saved as CSV. Other formats will not successfully upload.
