As of 7/22, Radar requires TLS 1.2 or higher for all polling connections.
Machines using TLS 1.0 or 1.1 will appear as "Not Polled" with no error message.
If you are experiencing polling issues, first have your IT team verify that your Radar Polling Client is version 2.0+

KB article for steps.) and confirm that TLS 1.2 is enabled on both the machine and the network path.
