Expanding On The Fly Reports with 'Report Presets'

The On The Fly app has limited Step 3 Report options when running Reports. Frequently, the only option available is the Ctuit Default. The default filters are the same as the default Step 3 settings when accessing the Report through the full Radar Reports Module.
Saving Report Presets for the Report in the Radar Reports Module will add additional options to the On The Fly Step 3 Presets drop-down. Each Report Preset will be a custom setup for the Step 3 settings for that specific Report.
