This article reviews the Incoming Transfers page within the Inventory module. Here, users can view incoming inventory transfers as well as create new inventory transfers. Certain transfers can also be rejected or accepted directly through this page.

FieldDescription
+ New TransferClick to create a new transfer.
Location GroupFilters the Inventory Transfers table for transfers associated with the selected location or location group.
Transfer NumberFilters the Inventory Transfers table for a specific transfer associated with the entered transfer number.
Transfer StatusFilters the Inventory Transfers table for transfers of the selected status; 'Active', 'Accepted', 'Rejected', or 'Deactivated'.

'Active' is selected by default.
Date FilterFilters the Inventory Transfers table for transfers that fall within the start and end dates selected.

Note: This filter option is not displayed when 'Transfer Status' (#4) is set to 'Active'.
Show ButtonClick to apply the selected filters and refresh the Inventory Transfers table.
Last 30 DaysDisplays the number of accepted and rejected transfers in the last 30 days.

Click ‘Accepted’ to view all accepted transfers during the last 30 days.
Click ‘Rejected’ to view all transfers that were rejected during the last 30 days.

Incoming Transfers Table




FieldDescription
AlertIndicates that the transfer has been changed after being accepted. 
LockIndicates that the transfer has been locked. Locked inventory transfers can only be accessed by users with permissions to do so.
StatusThe following icons indicate whether or not the incoming transfer has been accepted:

Green Checkmark : The incoming transfer has been accepted.

Red X : The incoming transfer has been rejected.
NumberThe transfer number for the transfer. Click to open the transfer details.
TypeType of the transfer:

Source Transfer : A source transfer is initiated by the location that will deliver the items, and the destination location either accepts or rejects the transfer.

Destination Transfer : A destination transfer is initiated by the location that will receive the items, and the source location either accepts or rejects the transfer.
AmountDollar amount of the transfer.
SourceLocation that is sending the items in the transfer.
DestinationLocation that is receiving the items in the transfer. 
Transfer DateDate of the transfer.
Date Acc/RejDate the transfer was accepted or rejected. 
Completed ByUser who accepted or rejected the transfer.
Date ChangedLast date that the transfer was modified. 
Modified ByUser who last modified the transfer.
Accept/Reactivate ButtonClick 'Accept' to accept a pending transfer.

Click 'Reactivate' to revert an accepted transfer to 'Active' status.
  • Note: Reactivating an accepted transfer erases all the posted data for that transfer. 
Reject ButtonClick to reject a pending transfer.
Pack Sheet ButtonClick to generate the pack sheet for the transfer, which can be downloaded or printed.
