The polling integration setup for Toast is initiated using Toast's Partner Connect. After the GUID (Globally Unique Identifier) request is completed through Toast, R365 is automatically provided with credentials for cloud polling. A member of the R365 Polling Team will then complete the integration using the provided credentials. 


Instructions To Set Up Toast GUID



1. Log in to Toast Web

2. Go to Toast Partner Connect via the 'My Integrations' section


3. Subscribe to Toast Partner Connect

  • Note that you must have the 'Manage Integrations' permission in order to add a partner to your restaurant
  • If you experience any issues subscribing to Toast Partner Connect or adding Compeat, please contact Toast Support

4. Find Compeat

5. Click on 'Add Now'


6. Select your location(s) to add
