External data polling is where data is being pushed into Radar via API and not polled through the standard polling process. Radar does not have the ability to directly repoll this data. The data must be repopulated by the POS provider.

Repoll External Data


Follow the steps below to repoll external data via API:

  1.  Confirm with the POS provider has populated the dates to be repolled
  2.  Submit a case to Support to repoll the repopulated data. Please include this information in your ticket request
