The Approval Notifications page allows you to set up notifications for proposed shift changes and time off requests.
To view users with existing notifications, filter by location and select SHOW. Any results will show at the bottom of the page.
- Edit: By selecting the pencil icon, you can edit the user, the Work Center(s) for which they receive notifications, and the type of notifications that they receive for proposed shift changes and time off requests. Users can receive notifications in the form of email, On The Fly push, or both. To update any changes, be sure to select UPDATE.
- Delete: To delete a notification, select the red x icon.
- New: To create a New Approval Notification, select NEW APPROVAL NOTIFICATION. This will open a new window where you can save new user, work center, and notification information.
- Select SAVE to create the new notification, or CANCEL to close the window without saving.
