To view the recipes contained with the selected recipe book, select one of the folders or subfolders from the tree view.  After selection, the Recipes table appears to the right of the tree view.  Some of the information displayed on the Recipes table includes recipe name, recipe code, yield amount, menu items, applications, and status. 

  • Move - To move a recipe from one folder to another folder within the same recipe book, select the check box to the far left of the recipe you wish to move.  Upon selection, the “Move Selected Recipe(s)” section will appear at the top of the page. 
  • PICK - Select the recipe folder to which you would like to move the recipe.  Upon selection, a tree view will be displayed where you can select the desired folder.  Be sure to select OK to select the folder. 
  • MOVE - Select MOVE to move the selected recipe(s). 
  • CANCEL - Select CANCEL to cancel the move of the selected recipe(s). 
  • Alerts - If there are any alerts associated with a recipe, a bell icon will appear in the “Alerts” column.  To view the number of alerts associated with a recipe, hover your mouse over the bell icon.  Selecting the bell icon will navigate you to the Recipe Alerts page. 
  • Picture - To view a picture of the recipe, select the camera icon in the “Pic” column.  Upon selection, a window will appear displaying a picture of the corresponding recipe. 
  • Recipe - If you select a recipe name, you will be immediately navigated to the Recipe Details page for the selected recipe. 
  • Menu Item - If you hover over a highlighted number in the “Menu Items” column, you will be able to view all linked menu items.  If you select the number, “Link Recipe To Menu Item” window will appear.  For more information on linking a recipe to a Menu Item, see Linking a Recipe to a Menu Item. 
  • Time Sensitive Ingredients - If a recipe contains time sensitive ingredients, the clock icon will appear in the column between the “Menu Items” and “Export” columns. 
  • Export - A check mark in this column indicates that the recipe is exportable. 
  • Apps - If you select a number in the “Apps” column, the “Recipe Applications” window will appear displaying all recipes that utilize that prep recipe. 
  • Status - If you are using the optional Recipe Status feature, the current status of the recipe will display in this column. 
  • Print - To print a copy of the recipe, select the print icon.  A printable version of the recipe will open in a separate window from which you can print the recipe. 
  • Edit - To edit a recipe, select the pencil icon.  This will automatically navigate you to the Recipe Details page for the selected recipe. 
  • Delete - To delete a recipe, select the red x icon.  Note:  Selecting this icon will delete all copies of the recipe.  If your goal is to remove the recipe from the recipe book, you may do so on the Recipe Details page.  See the Recipes Details page for more information. 
  • Copy - To copy a recipe, select the copy icon in the far right column of the table.  This will open the “Clone Recipe” window where you will be able to enter the following information: 
    • New Recipe Name - Enter a name for the new recipe. 
    • New Folder Name - Use the tree view on the left to select the folder in which you would like to add the new recipe. 
  • SAVE/CANCEL - Select SAVE to clone the recipe.  Select CANCEL to cancel and return to the main Recipe List page.
