The Weekly Prep Sheet report displays on-hand prep inventory, actual amount sold, and the prepped amount per prep item. This information is grouped by prep position and broken out by day of week. Additionally, the report displays a weekly total and the variance in counts (quantity) and dollars.
The Weekly Prep Sheet report also displays the yield/unit of measure and the shelf life of each item (unless the “Hide ‘Shelf Life’ on Weekly Prep Sheet” setting is selected on the Prep Sheet Settings page). This report can be accessed from the Reports module or from the Prep Sheets module under the ‘Reports’ tab.
Report Usage
This report allows you to quickly see prep amounts versus sold amounts in a particular week. This helps you determine which items were over-prepped and which items were under-prepped.
Report Features
- Filter by location.
- Filter by week.
- Select whether or not to display basic ingredients.
- Filter by Prep Position.
- This report can be viewed/exported in various formats. It can also be directly emailed.
