The Speed of Service report displays the number and percentage of tickets that fell into each production time block on each day of a selected week. The production time is defined as the period between an order being sent to the kitchen and the time the order is bumped out of the kitchen.
In order to utilize this report, you must configure your report groups on the Setup Speed Of Service Report page in the Company Configuration module.
Report Usage
This report can help you monitor the overall speed of service during each daypart on each day of a selected week.
Report Features
- Filter by location(s) or location group(s).
- Filter by week.
- Filter the production time by selecting the desired report rule from the ‘Metric’ drop-down.
- This report can be viewed/exported in various formats. It can also be directly emailed.
