The Royalty Report displays a location’s calculated royalty amount for a specified date range. The report also provides a general overview of POS totals and a section in which a franchisee my hand-write any disputes and/or edits that may affect the royalty amount.
A setup page exists in Company Configuration where the royalty percent, what to calculate the royalty percent against (Net Sales or Gross Sales), and a legal disclaimer can be set.
Report Usage
The Royalty Report is used by a franchisee to view and report the royalties owed to the franchiser.
Report Features
- Filter by location.
- Filter by date. This report can be run for any specified length of time.
- This report can be viewed/exported in various formats. It can also be directly emailed.
