The Revenue Center Metric Performance report compares the sales (or other metric) of revenue centers for a location (or location group). Additionally, the report displays a Bar graph that shows a visual representation of the information in the report.
Report Usage
This report provides you with multiple ways to audit a revenue center. For example, when viewing the report by “Net Sales by Top 5 SD”, this report can help you monitor your bartender’s ability to push appetizers at the bar.
Report Features
- Filter the report by location(s) or location group(s).
- Filter by date. This report can be run for any specified length of time.
- Select a metric by which to compare revenue centers. The metrics available for selection are: Net Sales, Net Sales by Top 5 MSD, Net Sales by Top 5 SD, Gross Sales, Gross Sales by Top 5 MSD, Gross Sales by Top 5 SD, Guests, Checks, Entrees, Comps, Promos, Voids, Guest Average, Check Average, and Entrée Average.
