The Missing HR Data Report displays a list of employees who are missing an entry for a required EDM custom field. This report will not run if you do not have at least one required EDM custom field. 



Report Usage 


In the Employee Data module, there is a column labeled, "Complete?". If "Yes" does not display in this column for an employee, then the employee will appear on this report as one who is missing HR data. 



Report Features


  • Filter by location(s) or location group(s).
  • Filter by date. This report can be run for any specified length of time.
  • This report can be viewed/exported in various formats. It can also be directly emailed.
