The Labor Variance Report displays labor information for two selected date ranges. The report displays a column of labor information for the first date range, a column of labor information for the second date range, and a column that displays the variance between the information in the first and second columns. The labor information reported in each column includes: Labor Dollars, Labor Hours, and Labor Percent. 



Report Usage 


This is a great report to use if you want to quickly compare labor data between two date ranges. For example, a manager can use this report to quickly see how labor information from the first 15 days of the current month compares to labor information from the first 15 days of the previous month. 



Report Features


  • Filter by location(s) or location group(s).
  • Select two dates or date ranges for comparison.
  • Filter by job.
  • Select whether to include or exclude zero rate employees.
  • This report can be viewed/exported in various formats. It can also be directly emailed.
