The GL Budgets report allows you to view the budgets for any location(s) or location group(s) for any specified time period. The report displays the GL Code, GL Code Name, Budget Date, and Totals.
Report Usage
The GL Budget report provides you with a quick way to view budgets. It displays information similar to that found on the Budget page of Company Config, but this report can help you find specific information a bit more quickly since you can filter by GL Code or GL Code Name.
You also have the option to view a summary version of the report or a day-by-day budget breakdown version of the report. Finally, if you would like to view budget information that is not associated with a GL Code, this report gives you that option.
Report Features
- Filter by location(s) or location group(s).
- Filter by date. This report can be run for any specified length of time.
- Select whether to show a "Daily Detail" version of the report or a "Summary" version of the report.
- Select whether or not to include non-GL Code activity.
- Filter by specific GL Code or GL Code Name.
- This report can be viewed/exported in various formats. It can also be directly emailed.
