Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What does it mean if one manager has consistently higher numbers than another?
A: It may just mean that the manager works more on the floor or with the servers or cashiers than another manager. It depends on how you structure your management duties. It may also be a sign that the manager is free with comps and voids which would be something you might want to address.
Q: Where can I go if I feel the numbers are too high for one person?
A: You can look at the Manger Control Detail and Employee Control Detail Reports. These are found under the Sales section of reports under the subcategory Control Reports.
Q: What is the formula used to determine the % Sales?
A: The % Sales column is based on the percentage of Comp, Promo, or Void amount over the Gross Sale total for the day(s) in which the manager worked. The total percent is the average of all managers’ % Sales for the corresponding comp, promo, or void.
