The Impact report shows the relationship between a chosen metric and a selection of comps, tenders, promos, or item groups. View how your selection(s) relate to a metric's average, the variance that this relation produces, and the total amount/percentage of the metric that adheres to your selection(s).
Report Usage
Use this report to view the impact of selected comps, tenders, promos, or item groups on check, guest or entrée average. This is a great report for your marketing department to use to measure the effectiveness or impact of promotions or discounts.
Report Features
- Filter by location or location group.
- Filter by date. This report can be run for any specified period of time.
- Select a metric from the following options: Checks, Guests, or Entrées.
- Select up to 6 columns to show on the report. They can be comps, tenders, promos, or item groups. Column options will show dynamically by location and date selection.
- The default metric options will show the total amount of the metric, the metric average without your selection(s) applied, the amount of the metric that adheres to your selection(s), the metric average with your selection(s) applied, and the variance that your metric produces.
- The '(Metric) %' options will show the total amount of the metric, the metric average without your selection(s) applied, the percentage of the metric that adheres to your selection(s), the metric average with your selection(s) applied, and the variance that your metric produces.
- This report can be viewed/exported in various formats. It can also be directly emailed.
