The Checklist Activity report provides a list of filtered Manager Log Checklist Items, alongside their Checked Status (Checked or Unchecked). 

Report Usage 

This report is useful for a quick, comprehensive Manager Log overview without the need to manually search through the Manager Log itself. In particular, Checked Status filtering allows you to view all Unchecked instances of a particular Checklist Item/Checklist Items, assisting you in taking any further action to assure that certain tasks are being completed and/or noted.

Report Features 

• Filter by location(s) or location group(s). 
• Filter by date range. 
• Choose a Grouping method, giving visual prominence on the report to certain metrics. For example, if you are reviewing the status of a particular item across multiple entities, you may wish to view by Group > Item > Location > DOB. 
• Filter by Checklist Group and Checklist Item. 
• Filter by Checked Status (Checked or Unchecked).
