The Setup Trend Comparison Report page controls the configuration of the Trend Comparison Report. This page allows you to define up to six graphs, comprised of metrics (Net Sales, Guests, Entrees, Checks, Comps Promos, Labor Dollars, Labor Hours, and Voids) used to compare location data. Additionally, you can metrics to an additional metric, a specific daypart, or one or more revenue centers. 

Basic Usage 

• Graph[Number] Title - Enter the desired graph name into this text field
• Numerator Type - Select the metric for which you would like the graph will display information
• Numerator Daypart - Select a specific daypart or select “All”. “All” is selected by default
• Numerator Revenue Center - If you would like to view data for specific revenue centers, select the check box to the left of the desired revenue centers. Additionally, you may select “All”
• Denominator Type - To compare the metric selected in the ‘Numerator Type’ field to a secondary metric, select a metric in the ‘Denominator Type’ drop-down field. If you do not wish to do this, select “None”
• Denominator Daypart - Select a specific daypart or select “All”. “All” is selected by default. Note: This field will not be available for Labor Dollars or Labor Hours
• Denominator Revenue Center - Select the check box to the left of each desired revenue center or select “All”. Note: This field will not be available for Labor Dollars or Labor Hours
• SAVE - Select SAVE to save the any changes made to a particular graph
• SAVE ALL - Select SAVE ALL at the top of the page to simultaneously save all changes made to all graphs
• RUN REPORT - Select RUN REPORT to immediately run the Trend Comparison Report
