The Server Performance page is a comprehensive summary of critical information related to employee sales, labor, and productivity. Depending on which category you select (Sales, Labor, or Productivity), a table will be displayed that provides an overview of the sales, labor, or productivity information for the selected location. See the "Tables" section below for more information about the information displayed on each table. 



Basic Usage

  • Location - Select a single location
  • Choose Dates - The date range for this table can be run for Day of Business (DOB), Weeks, Months, Quarters, or Periods. The selections displayed for each range option will match your company's fiscal calendar
  • SHOW - Select SHOW to view the table
  • EXPORT - Select EXPORT to export the data to Microsoft Excel
  • VIEW REPORT - This button will only display if 'Productivity' is selected in step four. Selecting VIEW REPORT will cause a printable version of the Server Sales Productivity report to be displayed in a separate browser window. Advanced Usage
  • Job - Filter by a specific Job or select all Jobs. "All" will be selected by default
  • Daypart - Filter by a specific Daypart or select all Dayparts. "All" will be selected by default
  • Revenue Center - Filter by a specific Revenue Center or select all Revenue Centers. "All" will be selected by default
  • Report Sales as - Select whether to report the sales information as either Selling Employee or Tip Employee. "Selling Employee" will be selected by default
  • Show Data as - You may choose to have the data show as Average per Shift or as a Total. Note: This function is only available if 'Sales' is the chosen category in step four
  • Metric - Select a productivity metric (Guests, Checks, or Entrées). Note: This function is only available if 'Productivity' is the selected category in step four
  • Include Zero Sales - If this option is selected, employees with zero sales will also populate the table. Note: This function is only available if 'Sales' or 'Labor' is the selected category in step four. Tables Sales Overview: When you select 'Sales' in step four, the Sales Overview table will be displayed. This table includes the following information: 
    • Employee Name
    • Net Sales per Shift
    • Number of Shifts
    • Comps
    • Promos
    • Voids
    • Guests
    • Guest Average
    • Number of Checks
    • Check Average
    • Entrée Count
    • Entrée Average
    • Credit Card Tips
      • Note: If an item in the table is underlined, you can select the item to view a detailed break-down of the item. For example, if you select an amount in the Comps column, you can view all the comps given out by a particular employee during the selected time frame
  • Labor Overview - When you select 'Labor' in step four, the Labor Overview table will be displayed. This table includes the following information: Server, Labor Hours, Shifts, Sales per Labor Hour (SPLH), Overtime (OT) Hours, and Labor %. If you select an underlined item in the Labor Hours column, you will be able to see an employee's clock-in time, clock-out time, and total labor hours
  • Productivity Overview - When you select 'Productivity' in step four, the Productivity Overview table will be displayed. The information displayed on this table can be customized by going to Company Config --> Setup Server Productivity. You can also access the Setup Server Productivity page by selecting "setup" next to the "Productivity Overview" table title
