The Review Service Agreement page allows you to view and print the Ctuit Subscription Agreement.

The Service Agreement History table is displayed on the right side of the page. This table displays all revisions to the Ctuit Subscription Agreement and the date on which you accepted each revised agreement. Selecting the magnifying glass icon next to a date will allow you to view and print that version of the Ctuit Agreement.

Selecting the printer icon in the top, left corner of the Ctuit Subscription Agreement to print a copy of the agreement.
