The Manage Email Alerts page allows you to subscribe to any email alerts that have been set up with the 'Can Subscribe?' option. For more information on creating or editing an email alert batch, see the Email Alerts page in the Company Configuration module.
Email Alerts Table
The Email Alerts table displays the Email Alert Batch, Email Alert Rule, Frequency, Run Time, Location Group, and Subscription designation for all email alert batches that have been set up with the 'Can Users Subscribe?' option. Users can complete the following actions as needed from this table:
- Subscribe - To subscribe to an email alert, select 'No' in the 'Subscribed?' column. This will cause the 'No' button to change to 'Yes' to indicate that you are now subscribed to the alert batch
- Unsubscribe - To unsubscribe from an email alert, select 'Yes' in the 'Subscribed?' column. The 'Yes' button will change to 'No' to indicate that you are unsubscribed from the alert batch
- Note: Please contact your Site Administrator if you need to change the assigned Location Group for alert
