The Inventory Item Conversion History page provides you with a log of all instances of an inventory item conversion or a VPI conversion being created, changed, or deleted. The Inventory Item Conversion History page can also be used to restore conversions that were previously changed or deleted.
Searching for an Inventory Item Conversion or a VPI Conversion
- Conversion Type - Select whether to search for inventory item conversions or VPI conversions.
- Inventory Item/Vendor Purchase Item - The name of this field changes depending on the selection made in the ‘Conversion Type’ field. Use this auto-fill field to search for a specific inventory item/VPI.
- From Conversion Scheme - Select the conversion scheme from which the item was converted.
- To Conversion Scheme - Select the conversion scheme to which the item was converted.
- Action - Select to display “Created”, “Changed”, “Deleted”, or “All” conversions. “All” is selected by default.
- SHOW - Select SHOW to view conversions that match your search criteria.
The Conversion Table
The Conversions table displays the following information for each conversion: Alerts, Date Time, Item Name, From, To, Conversion Equation, Notes, User Name, and Action.
- RESTORE: If you wish to restore a previous conversion that has been changed or deleted, select RESTORE.
Upon selecting RESTORE, a pop-up window will appear that allows you to confirm or cancel the change.- Note: This will change the existing conversion for the selected inventory item/VPI.
