The Job Counts chart displays a graphical view of scheduled and actual job counts in 15, 30, or 60- minute increments. Access to the Job Counts chart is located under the Charts tab of the Labor Scheduling module.
Chart Usage
This chart can yield insights about past scheduled job counts versus actual job counts and/or sales. You can also choose to overlay an additional metric on this chart (such as Net Sales, Guests, Checks, etc.) that can help you manage scheduled labor hours and labor dollars in order to maximize profit.
Chart Features
- Filter by Location.
- Filter by DOB.
- Filter by Work Center.
- Filter by Job Type.
- Filter by Increment. Select from 15, 30, or 60-minute increments.
- Select an ‘Overlay’ metric to display on top of the Job Counts chart. If you do not wish display an overlay metric, select
- “None”. “None” will be selected by default.
- Select SHOW to view the chart, or select PRINT to print a copy of the chart.

If you hover over a particular data point, you can view detailed information for that data point.
