Many Radar Reports have extensive options within Step 3 filters. Report Presets are used to populate the Step 3 filters with a preselected configuration, and can assist Users in running Reports with consistent filters. Report Presets are also used to set Step 3 filters when accessing Reports through the On The Fly app. 



Running a Report with a Report Preset


Follow these steps to run a Report with a saved Report Preset:


  1. Open the desired Report

  2. Set Step 1 - Location

  3. Set Step 2 - Date Range

  4. Click the 'Show Report Presets' button at the bottom of the page


  5. Click 'Load' next to the desired Preset


  6. Click 'Run Report'



Saving a Report Preset


Follow these steps to save a Report Preset for future use:

  1. Open the desired Report

  2. Set Step 3 filters

  3. Click 'Show Report Presets' at the bottom of the page

  4. Enter New Preset Name

  5. Click 'Save Preset'




Delete a Report Preset


  1. Open the desired Report

  2. Click 'Show Report Presets' at the bottom of the page

  3. Click 'Delete' for the associated Preset



    • Note: Presets that have been set as the default can not be deleted. To delete the default Preset first uncheck the default checkbox.
