A Privilege Group's Report Black List will restrict selected Reports from being viewed or run by User(s) assigned to the Privilege Group. By default, all Reports are available to all Users with access to the Reports Module. If a User is unable to see or run a Report, check the Report Black List to see if the Report has been blocked.
Security
Users with either of the following User privileges have the ability to adjust a Privilege Group's Report Blacklist:
- Full Access (Radar Superadmin)
- Company Configuration with added Privilege Group access
Navigation
The Privilege Groups page is found in the User Management drop-down in the Company Configuration Module.
Edit the Privilege Group:
- Select the Privilege Group from the Privilege Group list
- Click ‘Edit’
Navigate to the Report Black List Section
The Report Black List is found at the bottom of the Privilege Groups page
Adjusting the Black List
Black List Reports
To blacklist a Report so that it is not available for Users assigned to the Privilege Group:
- Select one or more reports from the 'Available' list
- Tips and Tricks: Select multiple reports by holding down the Control (Ctrl) key on the keyboard while making your selection
- Tips and Tricks: Select multiple reports by holding down the Control (Ctrl) key on the keyboard while making your selection
- Click the << icon to move the selected report(s) to the Black List
Remove Reports from the Black List
To remove a report from the Black List so that it is available for Users assigned to the Privilege Group:
- Select one or more reports from the 'Black List' list
- Tips and Tricks: Select multiple reports by holding down the Control (Ctrl) key on the keyboard while making your selection
- Tips and Tricks: Select multiple reports by holding down the Control (Ctrl) key on the keyboard while making your selection
- Click the >> icon to move the selected report(s) to the 'Available' list
